European Joint Conferences on Theory and Practice of Software—ETAPS, e. V.—is a non-profit association that was founded on 31 March 2011 and is registered in Saarbrücken, Germany.
The aim of the association is the furthering of information dissemination concerning research on the theory and practice of software. To this end, the association shall promote the field and its researchers by the organisation of dedicated activities, especially through the ETAPS conference series.

Membership is open to any natural or legal person who agrees to endorse and promote the Association’s purposes that are listed in the charter referenced above. Members have free online access to the Springer LNCS proceedings of the ETAPS conference series. There is currently no fee for a three-years membership; after this point in time, the membership can be renewed under the then valid conditions.
